Sabatasso’s Gluten Free Four Cheese Pizza at Costco comes in a three pack and is found in the freezer section of the warehouse. The Sabatasso pizza features a thin and crispy crust and is topped with a combination of Mozzarella, Fontina, Parmesan and Asiago cheeses.
I bought the Sabatasso pizzas, and am happy to report that they are extremely tasty!

- Place the pizza directly on the center rack.

Taste Test
The pizza is delightful and I enjoyed every bite.
There are four cheeses (mozzarella, fontina, parmesan, asiago) that combine to provide beautiful browning and an array of flavors. The sauce was minimal but slightly sweet and the crust was crunchy with a slight chew.
If I didn’t already know that the pizza was gluten free then I would not have guessed.
I am a huge fan of thin crust pizza so this product suited me just fine. The edges of the pizza were particularly crisp, crunchy and vert satisfying to eat!
If you love a big, doughy crust then this pizza might not be for you but if you are a thin crust fan you should love it.
The Salatasso’s pizza compares quite well with the other gluten free pizzas at Costco. I like that this is a plain cheese pizza that I can dress up any way I want.
The Kirkland Supreme Cauliflower Pizza is also tasty but has a lot of toppings that some people might not like.
The Molinaro’s Cauliflower Crust Kit can also be customized but isn’t as convenient as this pizza since you have to buy your own cheese.

Price
I bought the three pack of pizzas for $16.99 which comes out to a price of $5.66 per pizza.
At $5.66 per pizza the Sabatasso product is slightly less expensive than the Kirkland Signature Supreme Gluten Free Pizza. The Kirkland pizza is slightly larger (19.4 ounces vs 17.5) so it looks like the overall value is about the same.
Visitor Rating: 5 Stars
Have always enjoyed this gluten free cheese pizza until this last purchase. Still 3 in the box but packaging has changed. Now, no cardboard pan under each pizza, seems to be smaller and thinner and crust texture not as crisp. Was a lighter crust before. Sometimes the lowest bidder is not the best decision. Im going to find my gluten free pizza somewhere else.
