Taste
My wife and I were amazed at how good these crusts were.
We have tried a LOT of different cauliflower pizzas over the years and most of them tasted like cardboard.
These crusts were crunchy, flavorful and did not feel like a substitute for real pizza. I am confident that I could serve this pizza to my kids and they would not know it was cauliflower based.
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the tomato sauce as well. The sauce was flavorful, bright and not too sweet. I was not tempted to doctor it up and was happy to use it straight from the pouch.
I think these pizzas are excellent and on par with the Kirkland Supreme Cauliflower Pizzas in the Frozen Foods section.
Costco Value
I bought the two pack of crusts and sauce at Costco for $10.49 which works out to a cost of $5.25 per pizza. This certainly isn’t cheap but it also isn’t outrageous.
Given that this is a dream come true for folks looking for a gluten free pizza I would say it is a pretty good deal.
