Costco is now selling the Healthy Noodles from Kibun Foods. If your local Costco has this in stock then you will find them in the refrigerated section next to the refrigerated quiche and ready to eat chicken curries.
These noodles are a low calorie and low carb replacement for traditional pasta and a great find for anyone on a diet of any type.
Keep reading to see if these noodles are right for you and your family.

Cooking Instructions
The noodles do not need to be cooked.
The instructions on the package say to remove the noodles from the package, rinse them with water and then they are ready to eat. You can serve the noodles cold or hot as desired.
The noodles are pliable and tender straight out of the package.

Taste Test
The noodles have the shape and texture of the Asian style noodle that you get when you order Pad Thai.
The noodles have almost no flavor themselves but readily soak up whatever flavors you add. One of my favorite ways of using the noodles is to place them in a wok and add:
- Cooked chicken breast
- Snow peas
- Soy sauce
- Lemongrass paste
- Ginger paste
- Siracha chili garlic sauce
- Lime juice
I heat the mix on High until everything is warmed through and have an amazingly delicious and filling low calorie meal.

Costco Healthy Noodles with Chicken and Snow Peas
Ingredients
Equipment
Method
- Drain and rinse the Healthy Noodles according to package directions.
- Heat a wok on High for 2 minutes.
- Add all ingredients to the wok and toss frequently.
- Cook for five minutes or until everything is heated through.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Chicken Noodle Soup
- Ramen
- Pho
- Vegetable Soup
There is something just a little bit off about the texture but I don’t really notice it until I have eaten almost the full eight ounces.
This is not one of those nasty noodle replacements that you may have tried before. I suspect you could make Pad Thai with these noodles and most people would not know the difference. You could also use the noodles to make some Gluten Free Ramen if you had some nice stock to serve it in.
These noodles are now a staple in my refrigerator.

Storage
The noodles need to be refrigerated and used by the “Best By” date on the package.
The noodles can be frozen but it changes the texture by making them a little firmer. If you do freeze the a package of the noodles make sure to put the package inside a Ziploc bag first. The water inside the package will expand when it freezes and has the potential to pop the original bag.
After a package of noodles has been opened I suggest consuming within two days.
Price of Healthy Noodles Cost at Costco
I bought the box of Healthy Noodles at Costco for $16.49 which works out to a cost of $2.78 per eight ounce pouch.
You can buy a similar product, Nasoya Pasta Zero, at Walmart and an eight ounce package will cost you $2.28.
The price of the Healthy Noodles is a little higher than Pasta Zero but the Healthy Noodles are, in my opinion, a much higher quality product.

Love the soy noodles and now afraid they will disappear from Costco.
I do the same I only have two left and I look every week for them in Costco’s and still out if you go online and go to the noodles web it says it’s out because of the in port coming soon I really like them also I’m in WW and they are only 1 point for me I like the they don’t have a smell at all
I bought a box – it was not in the refrigerated section at Costco. Now I see it says to refrigerate. Does that mean I need to throw them out????
Take them back to Costco for a refund.I would not chance eating them if they weren’t refrigerated. Costco will take them back, for certain.
My Costco stopped carrying these delicious noodles and I can’t seem to find them ANYWHERE! I am in Central Florida; do you know of other stores that carry these noodles?
Sane here..Costco Boca deleted them from ordering etc… these were great.
I checked with our Costco store & they mentioned that they do not sell them anymore. Not here in Clearwater or any other Costco. They were so called “ deleted” from there stores ( all of them, here today gone tomorrow)
What is the texture of the Healthy Noodle like comparing that of Pasta Zero? I often have Pasta Zero for hotpot, but can’t eat that as noodles.
