The Costco Healthy Noodles can be used for a delicious and filling low carb, low calorie meal. The noodles do not have much flavor by themselves but are great at absorbing whatever flavors you add.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Healthy Noodles
  • 4 ounces Cooked Chicken Breast Diced
  • 1 cup Snow Peas Stringless
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Lemongrass paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice

Equipment

  • Colander For rinsing the noodles.

Method
 

  1. Drain and rinse the Healthy Noodles according to package directions.
  2. Heat a wok on High for 2 minutes.
  3. Add all ingredients to the wok and toss frequently.
  4. Cook for five minutes or until everything is heated through.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
