Costco is selling a four pack of Organic Bertolli Marinara Sauce and it is a tasty bargain. Costco typically has a couple of marinara options, with significant differences in prices, and the Bertolli sauce is typically the mid priced option.
I really like this sauce but, after doing some side by side taste tests, I decided that I liked another Costco option better.

Taste Test
I found the flavor of the Bertolli marinara to be bright and slightly sweet. There is a nice balance between the richness of the olive oil and the brightness of the tomatoes. The basil flavor is present but I wish it was more prominent.
The sauce is delightful when added to spinach ravioli and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano.
Overall I think this organic pasta sauce is very good but it is slightly sweeter than I prefer.
When I am buying marinara at Costco I now usually buy Rao’s Marinara instead which has no added sugar.
