Taste Test!

I have tried the dressing in a couple of different ways but so far my absolute favorite was this plate of Shrimp and Broccoli Fried Rice with Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing.

The flavor profile of this dish is a lovely blend of umami, sweetness, and slight tanginess. The shrimp brings a briny and slightly sweet taste, while the broccoli adds a mild bitterness and freshness. The fried rice is seasoned with a balanced combination of soy sauce, sesame oil, and other aromatic spices, giving it a rich umami flavor. The roasted sesame dressing adds depth with its nutty, toasty notes and a tangy undertone that complements the dish perfectly.

In terms of texture, the dish offers a delightful contrast. The shrimp is tender and juicy, the broccoli is slightly crisp yet tender, and the fried rice is fluffy and slightly chewy. The roasted sesame dressing adds a smooth and creamy texture to the dish, coating all the ingredients with its velvety consistency.

So freaking good!!!
