Costco is selling large bags of Milton’s Gluten Free Crackers (Crispy Sea Salt) and I liked them so much it was surprising! These crackers are intensely snackable and worth buying even if you are not gluten sensitive.
Flavor and Texture
Milton’s chips are baked but they are just as crispy as fried potato chips. The texture is light, airy and crisp.
The crackers are made with brown rice, corn, oats and potato which provides a nice balance of flavors. The crackers are lightly salted and are simply great for snacking.
The crackers are great by themselves but are even better with hummus. You can top these crackers with some sliced cheese or served them on a charcuterie board along with some olives and cured meats.
There is absolutely nothing about the texture of flavor that would make you think the product was gluten free.

Costco Value
I bought the 20 ounce bag of crackers at Costco for $7.99 which works out to a cost of $0.40 per ounce.
You can get the same sized bag of these crackers at Sam’s Club for $8.48 so you can save a little money, but not a lot, when you buy the crackers at Costco.
