Sukhi’s Chicken Coconut Curry with Mango is available at Costco and the package contains two bags of curry, each holding 18 ounces of food.
The curry features tender white chicken in a creamy spiced coconut sauce. Don’t be concerned about this being a “spiced” sauce as the curry is extremely mild on the spiciness scale.

Preparing and Serving
The curry is already fully cooked so all you need to do is:
- Open one or both pouches with scissors and empty into a large microwave safe bowl.
- Cover the bowl and microwave on High for two minutes.
- Stir the curry, cover, and microwave on High for two more minutes.
- Additional heating may be required to fully warm the curry depending upon the strength of your microwave oven.
- Serve.
The curry is excellent when paired with basmati rice and naan bread.
I have also been known to skip the rice and eat this stuff straight from the bowl 🙂
Taste
The Sukhi’s website says, “This rich creamy curry has the perfect amount of heat and is balanced with creamy coconut milk and tangy tomatoes.”
I am not sure that the website description is representative of this meal.
The curry is creamy and delicious but there is absolutely no spiciness in the dish. The heat level is even lower than Sukhi’s Chicken Tikka Masala. I am confused as to why Sukhi’s claims this dish has “the perfect amount of heat.”
You get plenty of coconut flavor with just enough of the mango to liven things up. The texture of the curry is velvety and the chicken is incredibly tender.
One of my favorite aspects about this dish are the delightful black mustard seeds that give a satisfying pop when bitten.
Costco Value
The 36 ounce package of curry has a regular Costco price of $14.99 which works out to a cost of $0.416 per ounce.
You can buy a 16 ounce bag of this curry at Safeway for $9.99 which works out to a cost of $0.624 per ounce.
This means that you will save $0.208 per ounce (about 33%) by purchasing the larger bag at Costco. Since this curry comes in two pouches and can be frozen for later use it makes sense to buy the product at Costco.
