Method
- Preheat your grill with Medium Heat.
- Lightly spray or coat the shrimp burgers with olive oil.
- Place the burgers on the grill and cook for four minutes.
- Flip the burgers and grill for four more minutes.
- Flip the burgers and cook one more minute until an internal temperature of 145F is reached.
- Serve the burgers on large Romaine lettuce leaves with the tomato slices. Serve the ciabatta toasts on the side.
Notes
The shrimp burgers are great on the grill but you can also pan fry them or cook them in an air fryer.
