Method
- Bring a pot with 6 quarts of water to a boil and add 1 tsp of salt.
- Reduce heat to a simmer and add the ravioli
- Simmer the ravioli for 4-6 minutes until tender.
- Drain the ravioli and serve dressed with the olive oil, cheese and rosemary.
- Add a side salad as desired.
