Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 lbs Costco Corned Beef
  • 1 lbs Cole Slaw Mix + Dressing
  • 10 Small Tortillas
  • Horseradish Cream Sauce

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Add the corned beef to the instant pot along with 1/2 cup water.
  2. Cook the corned beef for 60 minutes.
  3. While the corned beef is cooking prepare the Cole Slaw.
  4. Remove the corned beef from the Instant Pot and slice against the grain.
  5. Assemble the tacos and top with a touch of horseradish cream sauce if desired.
