- Preheat your oven to 375F
- Remove the quiche from its outer packaging but keep it in its foil pan.
- Place the quiche directly on the center rack of your oven.
- Bake the quiche for 25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
- Allow the quiche to cool for two minutes and serve with the salad and fresh fruit.

The quiche is also delightful with a cup of soup!
