Method
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Remove the plastic lid from the Enchilada Bake.
- Tightly cover the tray of enchiladas with aluminum foil.
- Place the foil covered enchiladas onto a baking sheet and place in the oven.
- Bake the enchiladas for 50-60 minutes until an internal temperature of 165F is reached.
- Let the enchiladas cool for 5-10 minutes and serve with salad and guacamole.
