Method
- Preheat your oven to 425F.
- Remove the pizza from its packaging.
- Place the pizza directly on the center rack of your oven. Do not use a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Bake the pizza for 17-19 minutes until the cheese is brown and bubbly.
- Let the pizza cool for 2 minutes and then slice.
- Serve the pizza with a side of the Quinoa Salad and top with a dab of sour cream.
