Method
- Bring six quarts of water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.
- Add the tortelloni to the water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the tortelloni and toss with the olive oil.
- Stir in the cooked diced ham and serve!
Notes
The tortelloni would also pair well with pesto, alfredo or marinara sauces.
If the tortelloni is frozen allow it to cook two extra minutes.
