Method
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Remove the ham from the plastic packaging. Wrap the ham tightly in aluminum foil. OPTIONAL: Add 1/2 cup of apple juice to the foil before wrapping tightly.
- Place the foil wrapped ham on a baking sheet and then into the oven.
- Bake the ham for 12-15 minutes per pound until an internal temperature of 130F is reached. (1 to 1.5 hours)
- Remove the ham from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes.
- Remove the ham from the foil, slice and serve.
Notes
You can serve the ham by itself, as sliders, with a veggie stir fry, etc. The ham is extremely versatile!
