How to Cook the Costco Gyro Meal Kit

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tray Costco Gyro Meal Kit
  • 3 cups Rice Pilaf Prepared
  • 1 bowl Greek Salad Prepared

Method
 

  1. Remove the gyro meat strips from the container and heat in batches in a large pan.
  2. Heat the strips until warm and slightly crispy.
  3. Place the pitas in the microwave and heat on High for 30 seconds.
  4. Assemble the pitas with vegetables of choice (onions, cucumbers, tomatoes), feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
  5. Serve the gyros with the rice pilaf and Greek salad.
