Method
- Remove the gyro meat strips from the container and heat in batches in a large pan.
- Heat the strips until warm and slightly crispy.
- Place the pitas in the microwave and heat on High for 30 seconds.
- Assemble the pitas with vegetables of choice (onions, cucumbers, tomatoes), feta cheese and tzatziki sauce.
- Serve the gyros with the rice pilaf and Greek salad.
