Method
- Grease an oven safe baking pan with a quick spray of Pam.
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Transfer the stuffed peppers from their plastic tray to the oven safe dish.
- Tightly cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake the peppers for 60 minutes until an internal temperature of at least 165F is reached.
- Steam the asparagus and toss with melted butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Prepare the frozen corn according to package directions.
- Remove the stuffed peppers from the oven, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve with sides.
