Flank Steak Sandwich with Onions and Cream Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounces Medium Rare Flank Steak
  • 1 Vidalia Onion
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Ciabatta Roll
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Steak Sauce

Method
 

  1. Remove the skin from the onion and slice thinly.
  2. Caramelize the onion slices in the butter over Medium heat for 15-20 minutes stirring often.
  3. Cut the ciabatta roll in half and toast.
  4. Add cream cheese to the top and bottom ciabatta roll halves.
  5. Place two tablespoons of caramelized onions onto the roll, then top with the flank steak and streak sauce.
  6. Dig in and try not to hurt yourself.
