Costco Yakisoba Stir Fry

The Costco Yakisoba Stir Fry Kit is cooked with some extra veggies and less sauce for a tasty, fast and healthy weeknight meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tray Costco Yakisoba Stir Fry Meal Kit
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1/3 cup Water

  • Wok

Method
 

  1. Open the tray of stir fry ingredients and cut any large broccoli florets and pieces of chicken in half for easier cooking.
  2. Add the oil to a large wok and heat over Medium High heat.
  3. Add all of the veggies to the wok, including the extra broccoli, and cook for two minutes.
  4. Add the chicken to the wok and cook for two minutes.
  5. Add the noodles, one container of yakisoba sauce and the water to the wok and cook for one minute.
  6. Taste the stir fry and add more yakisoba sauce if needed.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

The Costco Yakisoba Stir Fry is fine on it's own but you can make it better with the addition of extra fresh vegetables.  We used some more broccoli florets but feel free to use up whatever extra veggies you have on hand!
