- Remove the fully cooked pot roast from carboard packaging, vent the plastic and microwave on High for 10 minutes.
- Let the beef cool for 10 minutes and then shred with two forks.
- Gently toast the tortillas in a skillet until slightly browned and puffy but not crisp.
- Assemble the tacos as desired and top with salsa of choice.
