- Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot.
- Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the ravioli.
- Simmer the pasta for four minutes.
- Drain the ravioli the toss with the olive oil and cheese.
- Top with the minced rosemary and serve.
