Ingredients
  

  • 3.5 lbs Costco Corned Beef
  • 1 lbs Cole Slaw Mix + Dressing
  • 10 Small Tortillas
  • Horseradish Cream Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Add the corned beef to the instant pot along with 1/2 cup water.
  • Cook the corned beef for 60 minutes.
  • While the corned beef is cooking prepare the Cole Slaw.
  • Remove the corned beef from the Instant Pot and slice against the grain.
  • Assemble the tacos and top with a touch of horseradish cream sauce if desired.
