Don Miguel Mini Tacos Air Fryer Instructions
The Don Miguel Mini Tacos from Costco are heated in an air fryer for a crispy, tasty snack!
Equipment
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 12 Don Miguel Mini Tacos
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup Guacamole
Instructions
- Arrange the mini tacos in a single layer in your air fryer.
- Cook at 425F for five minutes.
- Flip the mini tacos over and cook for another five minutes at 425F.
- Remove the mini tacos from the air fryer and serve with the sour cream, guac and salsa.
Notes
We have found a lot of variability in cook times between different brands of air fryers so I suggest checking the mini tacos after 8 minutes to make sure that they don't burn.
These are a great game day snack and one of the better items we have discovered at Costc0!
