Trader Joe’s Spicy Thai Shrimp Fried Rice

I was strolling through Trader Joe’s the other day and spotted a bag of Spicy Thai Shrimp Fried Rice in the freezer section so I decided to give it a try!

How to Cook Trader Joe's Fried Rice

You can heat this rice in the microwave or on the stovetop. I went with the stovetop option because shrimp in a microwave didn't sound good.

Heating Is Easy!

All I did was dump the shrimp in the skillet first and cook them for about 5 minutes on medium. Then, I added the rice and cooked for 5 more.

WARNING

Don't be lazy and dump everything in at once. You really need to follow the instructions and cook the shrimp first.

How Does the Spicy Thai Shrimp Fried Rice Taste?

Pretty dang good! I can't think of anything I would change about it. The best part is that there is enough for two portions!

One serving is a cup and there are 220 calories and 6g of fat in that cup. That's not bad at all!
