My Costco has two types of Kirkland Protein Bars so I decided to try both!

How Do The Kirkland Protein Bars Taste?

Honestly, they taste great. There are several different flavors and I'm not going to try to convince you that one is better than the other.

Kirkland Regular Protein Bars Texture

The taste is great but the texture of the REGULAR Kirkland Protein Bars is a different story. To me, they are like mushy candy and that just ain't my style.

Kirkland Chewy Protein Bars are Better

The Chewy Protein bars look and feel like a combination between a granola bar and a candy bar. I enjoy they taste AND texture of these.

Let's Talk About Nutrition

The calorie content for all the bars is around 180-190 calories per bar. Keep in mind that these bars are NOT keto friendly but they are gluten free.
