Raspberry Crumble Cookie Taste Test
The cookies are quite large and pretty.
The cookie itself is almost like a rich and buttery shortbread that is surprisingly soft. The raspberry filling is flavorful and sweet without being sticky sweet. The cookie and the raspberry filling strike a nice balance of richness and sweetness without any one component dominating the other.
You can eat these straight from the package or heat them up in the microwave for 15 seconds if you prefer them warm. These really remind me more of a fancy pastry than a regular cookie.
These cookies are amazing with a cup of coffee and you will find it hard to limit yourself to just one.
